Entry Requirements:
Applicants for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Systems must have:
- Achieved at least an associate’s degree
- Completed the following courses prior to acceptance in the program:
- At least one of the following plant science courses:
- At least one of the following economics courses:
Note: Substitutions may apply for applicants with degrees from other colleges. Contact the BAS Program Coordinator for assistance or questions regarding the entrance requirements.

Quantitative Skills Credits: 5
Social Science Credits: 20
Natural Science Credits: 10
Lower Division Major Course Requirements Credits: 61
*AGSC 114 or BIOL& 213 can be substituted for AGSC 113 .
**Students will work with the BAS Program Coordinator to select an approved Agricultural Systems elective.
Upper Division Major Course Requirements Credits: 62
Students must complete the following courses with a C or better:
*Students will work with the BAS Program Coordinator to select an approved upper division elective.
