Credits:2 LAB hours per week:4 Introduction to Climate Control and Comfort systems. The student will learn air conditioning terminology, system safety, refrigeration principles, operation of the refrigeration systems. Students will learn the proper use of specialized tool and equipment. The student will become familiar with all major components of a typical climate control system. This class is structured to provide the student with the background and knowledge for the A-7 ASE certification examination. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C- or higher in AMM 240 and AMM 241. Corequisite(s):AMM 270. Course Outcomes:
