AMM 250 - Suspension and Steering

Introduction to automotive alignment and suspension theory, diagnosis and repair. The student will learn automotive terminology, shop and personal safety. Students will learn suspension and alignment principles, two and four wheel alignment, suspension diagnosis and repair, tire and wheel diagnosis and repair. Class will consist of concepts learned in the classroom. This class is structured to provide the student with the background and knowledge to for the A-4 ASE certification examination.
Prerequisite(s): Grade of C- or higher in AMM 240  and AMM 241 .
Corequisite(s): AMM 251 .
