COSM 122 - Practical Application II Credits: 1-7 Continued practice of basic cosmetology skills on mannequins and models. Course Outcomes:
- Employ safety and sanitation routines before, during, and after client appointments.
- Demonstrate hair cutting and trimming with razor/scissors/clippers techniques on mannequins and live models.
- Use shampoo, rinse, and draping techniques on live models.
- Use hair styling techniques for wet and dry hair on mannequins and live models.
- Perform styling techniques in sequence on mannequins and live models.
- Practice Washington State Cosmetology regulations and laws.

- Permanent waving
- Eyebrow/Lash Tint and Waxing
- State Safety & Sanitation
- Basic application of colors and lightening
- Hair Analysis (disease & disorders)
- Properties of the Hair and Scalp Treatment
