Recognize safety and sanitation measures for protection of the client and Cosmetologist for each service rendered.
Select a type of haircuts/hairstyles/color technique for projects based client scenarios.
Discuss the interpersonal and communication skills for Cosmetology customers and Peers.
Determine solutions for selected type client service scenarios.
Compare the different services provided in a salon.
Memorize Washington State Cosmetology regulations and laws.

Hair color: temporary, semi-permanent and permanent
