BUS 292 - Business Leadership Seminar II


Credits: 1-3
Designed to enhance the practical experiences of students during their cooperative learning experience. Feedback and discussion on pertinent work issues including; ethics, office politics, delegation, asking for help, networking, and identifying future career goals.
Course Outcomes:
 

  1. Assess tasks, strategies, and skills of effective leaders.
  2. Identify personal values and apply those values to known organizations.
  3. Formulate a strategy to become an effective leader within a known organization.
  4. Identify strategies for cultivating committed employees who deliver excellent customer service and grow businesses.
  5. Distinguish between customer support activities that maintain, build, or drive loyalty within a business structure.
