BUS 292 - Business Leadership Seminar II Credits: 1-3 Designed to enhance the practical experiences of students during their cooperative learning experience. Feedback and discussion on pertinent work issues including; ethics, office politics, delegation, asking for help, networking, and identifying future career goals. Course Outcomes:
- Assess tasks, strategies, and skills of effective leaders.
- Identify personal values and apply those values to known organizations.
- Formulate a strategy to become an effective leader within a known organization.
- Identify strategies for cultivating committed employees who deliver excellent customer service and grow businesses.
- Distinguish between customer support activities that maintain, build, or drive loyalty within a business structure.
