This course is the second of two human structure and function courses in the Medical Assisting program, and it includes discussion of the anatomy and physiology of the endocrine system; the heart, circulation and blood vessels; and the respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Common diagnostic tests and treatments for common disease processes are included. Formerly: AHMA 120.
Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Medical Assisting Program.
