MEDA 110 - Human Body Structure and Function in Health & Disease I

This is the first of two human structure and function courses, and it provides an introduction to cellular function, as well as the anatomy and physiology of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, neurologic, sensory, and lymphatic/immune systems. Included are common diagnostic tests and treatments for common disease processes that can affect each system. Formerly: AHMA 110.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Medical Assisting Program.
