EV 286 - Winemaking Practicum I Credits: 2-12 CLIN hours per week: 36 Students experience hands-on learning while working at a selected winery and receiving supervision from a professional vintner. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or higher in EV 203 or instructor permission. Course Outcomes:
- Conduct vineyard grape sampling.
- Analyze grape juice and wine chemical composition.
- Perform vineyard and winery harvest operations/tasks.
