CA 191 - Cooperative Work Experience I Credits: 1-15 CLIN hours per week: 45 Opportunity to work in jobs directly related to the culinary arts industry. This formal training period is agreed upon by the student, employer and instructor. Course Outcomes:
- Acquire hands-on work experience in the culinary arts industry.
- Demonstrate competency-based work skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of work schedules.
- Demonstrate the importance of timely completion of work tasks.
- Identify and perform daily tasks relating to the development of job responsibility.
- Identify and practice interpersonal job related skills.
