Course Outcomes:
  • Demonstrate an ability to exhibit a wide range of characterizations/emotions.
  • Ability to play against type. 
  • Exhibit diminishing self-consciousness and increasing self-confidence in live performance tasks.
  • Define and apply standard terminology of the acting profession.
  • Analyze and interpret a wider variety of textual materials and theatrical genres for performance.
  • Demonstrate an increasing mastery of effective audition techniques.
  • Control personal tendencies/habits while employing proper techniques of vocal and physical expression necessary for live performance.
  • Evidence respect for the differing talents and abilities of other artists/performers.
