EST 240 - Introduction to Basic Electronics

Introduction to solid-state theory and basic electronic components. Students will study solid-state theory, operation, and testing of solid-state components and devices to include diodes, thermistors, transducers, photocells, transistor, SCR, Diac, Triac, SS relays, photoelectric and proximity controls.
Prerequisite(s): EST 131, or grade of C or higher in EST 132, or instructor permission.
