This advanced certificate combines hands-on experience and instructional guidance to students who seek careers in diagnosing and repairing diesel-powered machinery. The curriculum covers a range of equipment: medium- and heavy-duty trucks, specialized equipment, and agricultural machinery. Students learn to repair and maintain diesel systems, hydraulic systems (including pumps and cylinders), and hydraulic brake systems for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, meeting industry standards so they are ready to succeed.
