Develops students’ competency in planning, preparing, presenting, and evaluating basic speeches.
Course Outcomes:
  1. Demonstrate the process of designing a successful oral presentation from outline to delivery
  2. Utilize essential verbal and non-verbal skills to enhance the delivery of speeches
  3. Recognize the causes of speech anxiety and formulate strategies to reduce and redirect it
  4. Evaluate the role of supportive listening skills in effective communication
  5. Identify and implement ethical public speaking skills
