CS 230 - Visual Basic Programming

Introduction to programming in Microsoft Visual Basic. Includes forms and controls, properties events and methods, menus, control statements and data structures, control arrays, and file processing.
Course Outcomes:
  1. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure of Visual Basic.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of the common controls used by Visual Basic.
  3. Write Visual Basic code.
  4. Use existing programming modules.
  5. Make data work for you.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of good programming design.
  7. Debug Visual Basic programs.
  8. Work with menus, dialogs, and graphics.
