DT 283 - Electronics II


Credits: 1-5
A study in medium and heavy duty vehicle electrical systems. Topics include electronic signals, microprocessors, integrated circuits, connector and terminal identification and repair, and multiplex systems. This class will emphasize ASE/NATEF competency completion. Students must be seeking a degree or certificate in Diesel Technology.
Course Outcomes:

  3. Employ proper use of electronic service tools.
  4. Analyze electrical system problems.
  5. Evaluate personal progress on NATEF task list.
