A detailed study and analysis of mechanical and electronic diesel injection systems. This class will emphasize ASE/NATEF competency completion. Students must be seeking a degree or certificate in Diesel Technology.
Course Outcomes:

Examine diesel combustion theory using the appropriate terminology.
Analyze diesel injection pump and injector service.
Analyze diesel engine performance issues.
Evaluate personal progress on NATEF task list.
