This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the wine industry, guiding them through the key components of the wine value chain and its major players. By examining current industry statistics, trends, and emerging global shifts, students will analyze the impact of market forces and sustainability practices on wine production, distribution, and consumption. Students will also evaluate industry associations, resources, and career opportunities within the global wine market. 

Through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, students will apply strategic job-seeking techniques, networking strategies, and interview preparation tailored to the wine industry. Students will synthesize insights into actionable career plans, whether they are seeking employment in an established wine business or creating their own entrepreneurial ventures.
