Students become active, responsible, and successful learners through this course. Upon completion, students will articulate a clear understanding of strategies required to meet their life goals and be prepared to take necessary steps.
Course Outcomes:
  1. Explain your purpose and intentions for attending WWCC.
  2. Articulate personal challenges to college success.
  3. Evaluate multiple strategies as well as resources to meet articulated challenges.
  4. Imagine and develop possible solution(s) to remove barriers to success.
  5. Implement at least one solution to a personal challenge and evaluate your solution(s) and results.
  6. Name approaches to make connections with people who have different experiences, perspectives, beliefs, and values.
  7. Examine financial goals including personal budget and paying for college.
  8. Respond to an activity that fosters a Sense ofBelonging with peers and/or with the greater college community.
