Course work includes: tile work, siding, concrete layout and estimating costs. Preparation for the journeyman examination.
Course Outcomes:
  1. Explain a safe and professional construction environment practices.
  2. Analyze how supervisors guide work of others.
  3. Explain siding techniques used for a building.
  4. Evaluate the placement of cabinets and counter tops.
  5. Plan laying tile.
  6. Estimate materials for driveway, patio and/or other types of concrete flat work.
  7. Propose touch ups and punch work.
