Develops student competency in navigating the complex dynamics of small task-oriented groups. Students develop competency in the practice of communication, problem-solving, and participative -leadership skills that are vital in the professional world.

Utilize a varied set of communication skills to maintain group cohesion and facilitate positive group outcomes.
Apply strategies for equitable and effective decision-making.
Demonstrate participant-leadership skills and best practices in a small group setting.
