Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or higher in COSM 131.
Course Outcomes:

Design a client service action plan using information from salon customer scenario.
Analyzes information and advanced Cosmetology techniques to suggest solutions to complex questions from a client scenario.
Investigate new ideas, trends, styling plans, and customer services methods in the Cosmetology industry.
Explain Washington State Cosmetology regulations and laws.
