CS 230 - Visual Basic Programming Credits: 5 LEC hours per week: 5 Introduction to programming in Microsoft Visual Basic. Includes forms and controls, properties events and methods, menus, control statements and data structures, control arrays, and file processing. Recommended: CS 121 . Course Outcomes:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the structure of Visual Basic.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the common controls used by Visual Basic.
- Write Visual Basic code.
- Use existing programming modules.
- Make data work for you.
- Demonstrate knowledge of good programming design.
- Debug Visual Basic programs.
- Work with menus, dialogs, and graphics.
