Project-oriented experiences in the area or applications not covered in the standard enology and viticulture curriculum.
Course Outcomes:

Formulate and propose a hypothesis for a project.
Generate and define the scope of the project.
Plan and develop an experimental design for the project.
Conduct the experiment as designed to complete the project.
Compile, group, and critically analyze data gleaned from the project.
Generate a report and be prepared to defend the results of the experiment with thorough understanding of the complete topic.
