The first half of a modern high school algebra sequence with a focus in seven major topics: transition from arithmetic to algebra, solving equations & inequalities, probability and statistics, proportional reasoning, linear equations and functions.
Course Outcomes:

Create and evaluate expressions from verbal and written information.
Create and solve single and multi-step equations from verbal and written information.
Determine the equation of a line given: Two points A point and its relationship to another line.
Build and convert between the slope intercept, point slope, and standard form of lines.
