Topics include pronunciation, basic grammar, reading, writing, and an introduction to Hispanic culture. Formerly: SPAN 103. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or higher in SPAN& 122 or instructor permission. Course Outcomes:
Exchange information both orally and in writing.
Conjugate verbs in the present perfect tense, for varying subjects in written and oral Spanish.
Explain the diversity of cultural influences both in student’s own culture and those of Spanish-speaking countries.
