Credits:1 LEC hours per week:1 Using Nursing as an exemplar, this course is designed to empower students to actively prepare for success in a healthcare education program. The emphasis of the course will be on the application of critical thinking strategies, the Nursing Process, and test-taking techniques. The course includes an overview of learning and motivation theories and of priority setting frameworks. Each student will create a study plan that fits their learning style. Formerly: HO 191.
