Calculate target heart rate and demonstrate use during exercise.
Demonstrate proper equipment usage, various forms of exercise and general safety principles.
Utilize apps and other online fitness tools to report workout hours.
Measure changes in body composition, strength, and aerobic capacity.
Apply the overload principle to create progressively more challenging workouts.
Demonstrate progress in reaching goals outlined in a customized workout plan
